Shipping policy
Eleina May & Co ships all of their packages out via USPS. We have tracking number for each order that is sent out, contact us if you need your number and we will email it to you. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our store. Once we provide you with a tracking number it is out of our hands and up to you and USPS.
MAKE SURE YOUR PAYPAL/Credit Card address is CORRECT. Your pretties will ship according to your PayPal address. If we receive a package back in the mail we will automatically restock it and you will be required to pay the additional shipping charges. NO EXCEPTIONS!
